Astoria Snow

We met the beautiful Astoria Snow through Model Mayhem. It’s a rich seam, I tell you.

We knew we wanted as much of the NarrowDepthOfFieldPortraiture™ and BizzarroUltraWideAngleMadness™ (the Chaos Engineers’ stock in trade) as possible. And we got plenty. We were working in a new space for the first time which involved climbing more stairs than we like, but it’s all good aerobic exercise, isn’t it?   This was also our first beauty shoot with the remarkable new Canon 5D Mark III.

Astoria was really up for the UWA stuff and was not bothered by how much we twisted and turned her, nor how weird she looked at that unforgiving 12mm focal length.

So, once more, we have a mix of classic beauty shots and ultra wide daftness; I think they’re all pretty cool.
